Christy Lewis is a graduate of the American Viniyoga Institute and a lifetime student of Gary Kraftsow (author of Yoga for Wellness and Yoga for Transformation). She studied the viniyoga approach during a two-year intensive program and continues to study with Gary Kraftsow at workshops and trainings. The American Viniyoga Institute provides yoga protocols for studies with the NIH and is the leading source of therapeutic yoga instruction in the United States. Christy has practiced yoga for over over ten years, and studied with many of the country's foremost instructors. She is a licensed massage therapist in NC, taught therapeutic yoga for two years at the Wilmington Treatment Center and currently works at Inner Solutions Counseling. Christy enjoys offering many types of massage and Thai yoga bodywork sessions. She completed her BA in Psychology at UNCW in May 2011.
