Fire Flow Yoga

Basic Yoga
This class offers additional postures over beginner and gentle classes, and allows for deepening into your practice. The focus is on building strength and alignment, which will give you an overall sense of serenity and confidence. You will be challenged only as much as you want to be, as modifications are offered throughout your practice.

Sivananda Vinyasa
A Sivananda inspired slow-moving class that combines deep breath work, concentration and stillness.  Each class begins with pranayama or conscious breathing moving gently into classical sun salutations and ending with a specific set of asanas held for long durations.  The asanas flow gently and deeply into one another with a focus heavily on the breath and its connection with the mind and body.  This class is great for both beginners and advancd students where there is an opportunity to deepen and nuture one's practice.

Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga and Meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan is for everyone
and you do not need any previous yoga experience to benefit.  It is
practical and also very powerful. It works quickly to give you grace,
balance, and most of all the ability to remain calm, centered,
and
clear through life's challenges. As you practice Kundalini Yoga, you
will grow. You will gain new perspectives and capacities, as well
habits that support a healthy lifestyle.
What to expect in a Kundalini Yoga Class:  Tuning In - When we practice Kundalini Yoga, we tune in by chanting
'Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo', calling on our Creator and
connecting us to
the teacher within. Breathe - Breath is life energy itself. When we learn to breathe consciously, we can calm our minds and master all aspects of our life.
Kriya - A kriya is an exact, dynamic combination of postures,
breathing and sound that balances body, mind, and soul, and increases
mental clarity and physical vitality. Meditation - Meditation brings awareness and control of our thoughts. Using mantra and mudra, we can clear negative patterns and connect
with our higher consciousness.

Integral Yoga

It is accessible to most people, all of whom are encouraged to adapt according to their individual needs. The practice culminates in a rejuvenating deep relaxation that helps students leave the mat more comfortable, peaceful and purposeful than when they began!

It is an all-inclusive yoga in which each student's various abilities and limitations are deeply respected and honored.

Vinyasa Yoga
Go deeper into your practice connecting breath, body, and mind. Flow through a thoughtful sequence of asanas that build heat and strength and flexibility and concentration and . . .. and . . .. (the possibilities are endless!)

Heated Slow Vinyasa (All Levels)

In a warm space, we practice a varying sequence of asanas with longer holds and slow fluid transitions. The focus is on the intimate connection between the breath and the body and the importance of allowing the breath to lead, keeping it steady and strong and having the movement of the body reflect it. Both the inhales and exhales as well as the transitions from one posture to the next should blend together seamlessly, to quiet the mind and create a moving meditation. Classes typically begin with stretching and sun salutations to warm the body and then move on to whatever the emphasis is of that particular practice, hips, heart openers, standing balances, arm balances, inversions, etc. The hour peaks with often challenging asanas but many modifications are provided so that all levels are welcome and given the opportunity to grow their practice.
