Rachel is a graduate of the At One Yoga Teacher Training by LifePower in Scottsdale, Arizona and is a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. Her inspiration for teaching is drawn from her love of deep strong breaths, flowing sequences, great music, and phenomenal teachers.
With her strong background in dance and physical fitness, Rachel enjoys teaching high energy intermediate/advanced Vinyasa classes that utilize fluid sequencing with challenging poses to enable students to move out of their minds and move more deeply into their bodies.
