Stephanie has always recognized yoga as a natural and integral part of maintaining health and gaining self-awareness as a lifestyle. She loves all styles of yoga but is particularly drawn to Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan for its therapeutic and transformative benefits. The main thing she noticed when she first tried Kundalini Yoga was that she felt very energized and uplifted, but also still grounded and very relaxed. The effects of the practice were powerful for her in just a short amount of time. Stephanie has been sharing her love of yoga as a registered instructor since 2001 and massage therapy since 2007 as a licensed therapist. In addition Stephanie teaches in the massage therapy program at Miller Motte College where she encourages her students to pursue healing and nurturing paths forward.
